Infrastructure Projects

Police Department Building Expansion

The Police Department building can no longer accommodate police staff necessary to provide key services to the community. Expansion will provide the space required for Police Department growth for the next 10-15 years reducing the need for a new police facility.

Town Hall Expansion and Remodel

The Town Hall complex can no longer accommodate staff growth. Remodel existing facility to replace aging mechanical components and accommodate projected staff growth for the next 20 years reducing the need for a new building.

Public Works Maintenance Building

Public Works does not have a dedicated facility for its services. Construction of offices and garage facilities to perform fleet maintenance services and store materials to make Public Works operations more efficient and cost-effective.
